Pricing & Payments
Whilst every effort is taken to ensure all selling prices are correct, we retain the right to amended or change any selling prices before despatching good. In this unlikely event you will be contacted to confirm whether you still wish to purchase the goods, at the correct price.
Payment is required in advance of shipment.
Primary schools and government funded organisations are able to set up a credit account. (Strictly 30 Days Net)
All prices Exclude VAT.
All goods remain the property of Encore Educational until paid for in full.
Deliveries
Delivery times differ depending on whether your item is made to order or a stocked item. Most stock items are delivered within 2 weeks, whilst the made to order items may take up to 6 weeks.

Orders over £150 include free delivery to any mainland Post Code.
Orders under £150 will be subject to a delivery charge of £5.95.
In some cases additional delivery charges will be added depending on your delivery Post Code.
Receipt of Goods
All deliveries must be checked over before they are signed for. If you are in any doubt about the condition of the parcel, please sign damaged. Signing unchecked cannot be accepted as damaged or faulty.
On receipt of goods you have 7 days to report faulty of damaged items. Please call our customer service team on 01642 468022 or alternatively email us photo evidence of the damage to sales@encoreeducational.co.uk.
We do not supply goods on a sale or return basis, but in the event that you are not satisfied with your item you may return it to us within 7 days in the original re-saleable packaging. Provided we receive the item back in this condition we will refund your account. But you must contact Encore Educational first to gain prior authorisation.
Please be aware that a 25% restocking charge and the delivery costs will be deducted from your refund.
