The Winther Viking Explorer Surfer Boat, a fun push or pull handcart in the shape of a boat that has room for one passenger to enjoy a ride on the waves!
The Surfer Boat steers by either the child pulling to determine which direction to go in, or by pushing from behind. A passenger can assume the role of captain and determine which direction to go by taking command of the steering/pulling bar whilst being pushed by a friend.
